Frigorífico HV SA is a family-owned company
with four generations of experience in the meat industry. Its commercial base is exporting products to various international markets.
It currently has two slaughterhouses and processing plants, located in the provinces of Buenos Aires and La Pampa.

The quality of the meat, in nutritional terms, depends on the conjunction of various factors. Among these, the type of cattle raising and the effectiveness of its commercialization stand out. The Argentinean humid pampas are one of the places in the world where the breeding of animals is not carried out in stables, but in extensive plains, far from industrial pollution, where the abundance of pastures is assured. Argentine cattle also respect the natural growth guidelines, since they are not injected with hormones and antibiotics. For these reasons, its state is optimal for consumption.
Slaughter / Butchering
The plant located in La Pampa has a slaughter capacity of 500 head per shift per day, with a planned expansion to 800 head per shift.
The plant located in La Pampa has a production capacity of 400 animals per shift per day. The plant located in the province of Buenos Aires has a production capacity of 200 animals per shift per day. Due to constant demand from the international market, a 30% expansion of slaughter, deboning, and refrigeration capacities is planned compared to current capacity. We have highly trained personnel in all our lines to ensure we provide high-quality products.

History
FRIGORICO HV SA is a company defined by the fact that both ownership and management are in the hands of members of the same family, with a vocation for continuity. Our roots begin with the first generation, Vitale Vigna, who delivered meat. Later, in the continuation of the story, his sons, Jorge Vigna and his brother, arrived with the dream of owning their own business. They not only continued with the delivery, but also managed to found a butcher shop that would effectively support the initial project. giving rise to the most important distribution of meat in Capital Federal. Later, the growth of the market would make the company grow in such a way that we managed to open a refrigerator, which over time became an exporter, relying on the foundations of the 2nd generation. In 1994, Jorge Vigna together with his children, founded Frigorífico HV SA, a plant whose objective was to carry out Cycle II, with presence in other markets outside the country. It is worth mentioning that since 2015 the fourth generation has strongly driven the growth of the company. In 2017, they achieved strategic management, the operation of a refrigerator in La Pampa, which gives them the possibility of innovating in a Cycle I, reinforcing Cycle II. In 2020, it was purchased. From what has been expressed so far, it can be seen that the company and the family have faced many obstacles, understanding that the achievement of objectives, growth, and permanence are achieved through effort and values of intra-family support.
Market
Currently, the market is focused on the People's Republic of China, so we are exporting a large amount of frozen products to that region.
