Our plant
The plant is strategically located in the Province of Buenos Aires, the central region of the country. Thanks to this, it is surrounded by the most important consumer centers and numerous access roads.
The establishment is certified by SENASA (National Agency for the Protection of Animals), meeting high sanitary standards. Furthermore, it boasts excellent human resources and ongoing maintenance of its facilities and equipment, allowing it to ship its meat cuts to countries with the highest standards.
Beef Quality
The experience and training of its human resources, the ongoing updating of its facilities and equipment, and the maintenance of high hygiene standards are the foundation of its Food Quality and Safety Management System.
Our exclusive tracking system allows for the identification of individual animals from birth throughout the entire production process. This control protocol, developed by our Data Processing Department, provides our customers with accurate information about the origin of all the meat cuts processed at our plant.
PRODUCTION
The half carcasses are kept in a cold storage room until they enter the processing room, where they are deboned and cut into pieces. These are either individually vacuum-packed or processed in bulk, depending on our customer's needs.
Finally, they are labeled and stored in cold storage until they are shipped to their final destination. The time between deboning the cuts and packaging is regulated to minimize the meat's exposure to the environment and thus achieve optimal quality.
