Quality Laboratory
We have a laboratory where different raw materials and finished products are tested to verify the efficiency of the quality system. We have equipment for chemical and microbiological analysis that guarantees the highest levels of nutritional and microbiological quality of the processed foods.
The Company has a laboratory specialized in the detection of the Trichinella spiralis parasite, the causative agent of trichinosis. Here, technical personnel are dedicated to the task of inspecting each slaughtered pig, thus guaranteeing the absence of the disease before its destination in the production of our sausages.
